Centro Latinx is located on the 1st floor of the Alumni Memorial Center (AMUC) and may be reserved any day, 7:30am -10:00pm. Reservations must meet the following guidelines and be aligned with the mission of Centro Latinx. Events held in Centro Latinx must: 1) Incorporate the Latinx/Hispanic community 2) Align with the mission of the cultural space 3) Promote at least one of the following: *Education (e.g., workshops, seminars, lectures, talks, etc.) *Community Building (e.g., networking, mixers, community outreach, recruitment for identity-based Latinx groups on and off campus, etc.) *Awareness (e.g., film screenings, documentaries, lectures, talks, discussion groups, etc.) ____ Reservation requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the event. Please allow up to 3 business days for approvals, denials, or requests for more information. Please note that we reserve the right to alter, amend, and/or cancel reservations at any time based on the nature of events and/or needs of the space. Organizations approved for reservations are responsible for ensuring the space is maintained and respected during their event. Failure to do so may result in the denial of future requests.
